A workflow is a single event that your AI agent will follow that can comprise of a phone call, SMS, or email or all of the above. The purpose of KLCT is to automate calls whether inbound or outbound so you don’t have to spend time doing busy work. Once your agent completes a call they will auto-assign a task for a designated employee or employees within a department. These tasks are notes on the call, summaries, and overall call analysis and are updated directly on the customers profile in KLCT’s CRM.
