Questions
What does "per user" mean?
You pay for each employee seat on your account. Add a teammate and your bill goes up by one seat; remove one and it comes back down. Contacts, lists, SMS and email sending are always on.
What do I pay on top of the seat price?
AI usage. Calls, AI messages and SMS are metered and paid from your KLCT wallet, which you top up. The seat price covers the platform, and you control how much goes into the wallet.
Can I switch between Core and Growth?
Yes, any time, from the Plans page in your account. Upgrading is prorated for the rest of your billing period. Downgrading takes effect right away and your next invoice is at the lower rate. Your data, contacts and settings stay where they are.
What does the monthly rate not include?
The rate shown is the plan price. Card processing fees and any applicable tax are added at checkout.
What is the Autopilot setup?
An optional one-time $250 service where we set up your ads and marketing autopilot for you, so it is running from the first day. It includes one landing page for your ad campaign, chat setup on your website, ad setup, branding setup, your initial email and SMS sequence, and notification setup. A single-page website design is available for an additional $50. It is not required and is billed once, separately from your seats.
